Yani ALLAH TA'ALA Ki Zaat, 
Sifat Ya 
Af'aal 
Me Kisi Ko Wesa Hi Samajh Kar Sharik 
Karna. Ya Kisi Ghairullah Ko Mustahiq e Ibadat 
Wa Paristish 
Jan'na Ahlesunnat waljamaatKo 
Khumakhwa 
Mushrik 
Kehne Wale Is Tarif  Ki Roshni Me  Mushrik Saabit karein. -

[1] Shirk Fil-Ibadaat:- Murad Ye Ke ALLAH TA'ALA Ke Elawa Kisi or Ko Mustahiqq-e-Ibadat Samjha Jaye 
[ 2] Shirk Fiz-Zaat :- Murad Ye Ke Kisi Ko ALLAH TA'ALA Jesa Maan'na.
Jesey Majoosi 2 Khudaaon Ko Maanty The.
[3] Shirk Fis-Sifaat :- Ye Hai Ke Kisi Zaat Me ALLAH TA'AL Jesi Sifaat Maan'na, Jis Tarah Din Ka Andaza Raat Ke Baghair Nahi.
Lagaya Jaa Sakta Isi Tarah Agr Kisi Ke Saamny Batil Ka Tasawwur Na Ho To Wo HAQ Ki
Laz'zaton Sey Aashna Nahi Ho Sakta To Jo Na Samjhe K SHiRK Kise Kehty Hen, Wo Touheed Ko Nahi Jan Sakta. "ILM" Insaniyat ka zaiwar he Lekin "ILM" To khuda ki sifat he
To kya ye "SHIRK" hoga ? Iska jawab ye he ke Jo "ILM" ALLAH Ta'al ka he wo bande ka nhi, ALLAH Ta'ala ka "ILM" Apna he, Hamara "ILM" Usi ka Ata krda he. Uluhiyat or Abdiyat
ke darmyan yehi "FARQ" he. 
Isi trah ALLAH Ta'ala "SAMI O BASEER" he. Or farmata he ke hamne insan ko SAMI O BASEER yani Sunne or Daikhne wala banaya. To ALLAH Ta'ala ki tamam sifaat bhi Niaz o Ghani hokar hen Or Bandon ki ye sifaat uske hajat mand or niaz mand hokar hen Kyunke unhen ye sifaat "RAB" ne hen or wo khud or uski sifaat "RAB" ke qabze or qudrat me hai. ALLAH Ta'ala farmata he! "Kon he jo SHAFA'AT kre baghar IZN E KHUDA WANDI ke."
[PARA 3]  . Pata ye chala ke baghair IZN ke shafa'at ka aiteqad "SHIRK"he. Or IZN k saath ain "TOHEED" he. Sabit ho gaya ke jab ye aqeeda aaya ke fulan shakhs ALLAH Ta'ala ke IZN ke bagair koi hajat puri kar sakta he to "SHIRK" he.
Or jab "IZN E ALAH" ka Aqeeda aaya to "SHIRK" khatm. 
Jab Hazrat Esa Alayhisslam ne Qoum ke saamne Taleem e Risalat paish ki to unse kaha !
"Aur Acchha karta hoon Andhe Aur korhi ko aurr Murdo ko Zinda krta hoon ALLAH k Hukm se". [AAL E IMRAN, Aayt-49] Ab daikhye shafa daina or Murde ko Zinda karna ye ALLAH Ta'ala ka kam he. Is lehaz se to hazrat Esa Alayhisslam ne ALLAH Ta'ala ke kamo ka dawa kiya,(ma'azallah) Laikin ab aage frmate hein "BE IZNILLAH" Yani me jo kuch karta hoon ALLAH Ta'ala ke izn se karta hoon. Wazeh ho gaya ke yahan . "IZNILAH" Toheed or Shirk ka bunyadi nuqta he. Or mukhalfeen ke liye 1 aasan jawab hai.
Agar koi "OLIYA ALLAH" ko "BE IZNILLAH" Hajat Rawa kahe to Shirk kahatm Lekin sawal ye he ke kya waaqei ALLAH Ta'ala ne unko IZN diya hai ? 
Agar IZN diya he to iski kya Daleel he ?
Ham Munkireen o Munafiqeen ko Da'awat dete hen ke wo Aaen Momineen ki Traf ke wo Shirk se Paak hain, kyonKi Unke pas "BE IZNILLAH" ka suboot he, Or wo "OLIYA ALLAH" ko "BE IZNILLAH" Hajat Rawa Mante he, Ham Mut'thi bhar Munafiqeen o Murtideen ko ye Dikha daina chahte hen ke ALLAH Ta'ala ne "OLIYA ALLAH" ko IZN diya hai kyun ki hamare Aiteqad me na "SHIRK" ka sha'iba he or na hi "KUFR" ka. 
Kyu shirk ke fatwe lagte hai tauheed ke hum matwalo par?
Hum in tang nazar khatibo ko raaz e tauheed sikhayenge

Dev ke bande or iblis ke bhai kahte brailwi geruAllah ke aage sajda krte ye kabar k pujari hen or Alahazrat par jhuta bohtana lagate hen, Aaj jo mazar sharif me Na jayaj kam horahe isme Aulama Ahale sunnat Brailiy sharif ka koi taluq nhi, Maslak E Alahazrat ger Allah ke aage sajda karna shirk kahta he, Qabar par jis tarah Nabi alaiysalam sahaba, bujurgo ne hazri di is adab se hajri dene ki ijajat deta he, Na ki kabar ko pujna, aurato ko kabar, majar, par jana kataee haram he Alahazrat Rahmatullah alaiy ne ye Sub ger riwaz biddate Radd ki hen.

#2:- Mazaar Sharif Ko Bousa Dena Aur Tawaf Karna:-  "Mazar Ka Tawaf Baneyat Tazem Najaiz Hai, Tawaf Sirf Kaabe Ke Lye Makhsus He, Bousa Dene Se Bachna Chahiye, Ulma Ka Is Masle Mein Ikhtalaf He, Aastana Bousi Aur Aankho Se Lagana Jaiz He"                                                                                                               (Fatawa Razawiya 4/08)
